OCIA stands for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults. This program is the formation, instruction, and process of adults (and children over the age of 7) to join the Catholic Church through the Sacraments of Baptism, Communion, Reconciliation, Confirmation, and the acceptance of Catechumans and candidates into the Catholic Church. This year, our OCIA program will primarily be for those seeking to join the church, but open to all adults who want to grow in their already-established faith, and learn or re-learn the basics of the faith.
We will have these classes at 6pm in the St Joseph Parish Hall, and open to all adults.
At 4pm, we will be showing the prior week's recorded class, to make it available for parents who can attend at 4, rather than 6, depending on when their children are in their own faith formation classes.
